How Do I Work?

You and I will agree on a short list of issues (3 – 5) that are significant and critical to keeping your promises and meeting your goals. These issues are typically high-level and strategic in nature. We will spend time creating the commitment and action steps needed to attain the results to get your desired outcomes.

How I Work

  • Conduct complimentary first meeting
  • Determine chemistry between us
  • Our first formal session focuses on your needs, but typically involves a review of skills, experience, knowledge and visions. From this, we co-design a development program
  • Meetings will be held as agreed and as required (weekly, 2x weekly, as often as necessary)

What I Don’t Do

  • I don’t follow a script or use canned solutions. Everything we do is individualized for you and your situation.
  • I don’t sell hardware, software, insurance or any other products. Consequently, I am objective and realistic and find specific solutions that will work for you.
  • I don’t follow a set schedule for our meetings and conversations.
  • I am available whenever you need me – 24/7/365 days a year and as often as you need to talk.
